In March, we hosted Arianne de Rothschild Fellowship for its Winter Bootcamp at Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation.
Every year, the Ariane de Rothschild Fellowship nominates a group of social entrepreneurs to become ambassadors of social impact and cross-cultural dialogue. Each cohort meets for a summer and winter bootcamps. This year, for the first time, the winter bootcamp was held in Lisbon. The bootcamp was hosted by ouselves, MAZE, Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation and Sair da Casca.
It was a week of collaboration, exchange, networking, and discovery among 21 extraordinary fellows. The Ariane de Rothschild Fellowship fellows spent an eye-opening week discovering the local ecosystem in Portugal. Here’s the result:[/vc_column_text]
The AdR fellowship is supported by the Edmond de Rothschild Foundations (EDRF) promote a modern view of philanthropy that centers on the the dignity and empowerment of each individual. Rather than simply making donations, they engage actively with their partners in driving social innovation. EDRF focus on sustainable programs in education, arts and culture, social entrepreneurship, intercultural dialogue and health research.
