We come from different worlds. Between us, we have worked across venture capital, public policy, social enterprise, deep tech and communications, and have lived and worked throughout Europe and beyond.

We take the work seriously, and each other even more so. Honest conversations are part of the culture here, especially the difficult ones.

One of the first things you see when you walk into our office is a large panel that reads: Build a good name. A line from a conversation between William S. Burroughs and Patti Smith. It is probably the closest thing we have to a motto.

Outside the office, we read, write, go to the cinema, study theatre, visit exhibitions, practice CrossFit, Jiu-Jitsu, Pilates and Tennis, spoil our cats and dogs, and stretch lunches longer than we should. We drink too much coffee and not enough tea. Chocolate is non-negotiable.
